Shine Creative is a PR consultancy specialising in travel, hospitality and lifestyle.

I founded Shine after working in PR and communications for more than 25 years, and today I work with hotels, restaurants, destinations and tourism businesses across Scotland and further afield.

My work ranges from ongoing PR and media relations to launches, campaigns and one-off projects. I work closely with my clients, getting to know the business properly, finding the stories within it and working out the best way to tell them.

Alongside Shine, I’m a travel and interiors writer, currently writing regularly for The Scotsman and Scottish Field. It’s a useful crossover. I know what journalists are looking for, what makes a good story and, importantly, what is actually likely to get covered.
